岗位职责:救生员: 1、负责宾客游泳的绝对安全、勤巡视泳池内泳者的动态,发现溺水者要迅速处理,做好抢救工作并及时向领导报告;2、认真做好每天的清场工作;3、负责游泳池水质的测验和保养及游泳场地的环境卫生;4、勤在泳池边观察,注意游泳者的动向,防止发生意外,保证宾客的安全。对不会游泳者可作技术指导;5、定时检查更衣室,杜绝隐患。健身教练:1、提供全面的教练服务,场内常规技术辅导及健身器械使用指导;2、为宾客科学制定体能营养训练计划;3、负责训练、指导工作及宾客服务工作;4、指导宾客正确的锻炼,做好宾客的健身记录,保证宾客绝对安全;5、推广并销售与健身有关的系列产品。 任职资格:1、具有救生证,并具有1年以上相关工作经验者优先;2、熟悉泳池服务知识、掌握游泳和救生急救技术,懂得游泳卫生消毒知识;3、能按服务工作规范的质量标准独立进行工作;4、有在水中进行急救和在陆地上进行人工救护的能力。 福利待遇:1、五险一金、商业险、医疗二次报销、包吃??;2、各种带薪假期(年假、病假、产检假等);3、高额年终奖、节日礼品、工会福利等;4、丰富的员工团建活动、年度旅游等;5、领导nice,工作环境好。
