JOB SUMMARY岗位描述Responsible for day to day operations of the Hotel Reservations Department with high degree of service and efficiency under the direction of the Director of Revenue Management.  Will oversee the bookings of hotel, spa and restaurant reservations guests as well as transportation. Assist with rate changes, block arrangements, open and close any Hotel related channels, all room relate promotions to control hotel inventory in order to maximize revenue.协助处理价格更改、资源调配、灵活开放酒店的任何相关销售渠道、及所有相关客房推广活动,有效地控制酒店客房资源,以提高公司收益。6. Ensure all information relating to company, guests, data and reports are true and accurate in all systems and channels and all required tasks are completed with accuracy in a timely manner for the department. 确保所有关于公司及客户的数据及报告均为事实,并准确记录于所有系统及程序中。确保有效率及时地完成所有工作。7. Performs other job related duties assigned.  完成被指派的其他与职务相关之工作。JOB QUALIFICATIONS任职资格1. Working Experience: Preferable 3 years or above related experience in hotel reservation environment with good knowledge of Revenue Management Concept and excellent leadership skills with 1 year management level preferred. Must have a track record of effective and successful management.   工作经验:具三年或以上从事酒店预订之相关工作经验,熟悉盈收管理概念和拥有卓越的领导能力,具一年管理经验者优先。须具良好管理经验的相关纪录。2. Educational Level:  University Degree preferred. Computer Skill:  Ability to operate computer and Microsoft Office. Ability to learn multiple computer programs (i.e. Opera, Cisco Telephone System). Must be able to accurately type 30 wpm. Responsibilities/主要工作职责·         Conduct quality control checks on all revenue management systems to ensure data accuracy and system maintenance.对收益系统实施质量管理,以确保数据的准确性并时时维护各操作系统·         Ensure successful strategy in laid out in regards all revenue streams in the hotel (rooms, banquet, and restaurants etc. 确保在酒店所有收入中心奠定成功地策略(客房,宴会,餐饮 等)·         Controls are applied to achieve a maximization of rooms sales and revenue for the hotel. Ensure availability is reviewed as per required standards and all restrictions are recorded.在必要时应用不同的约束手段实现客房收益最大化。确保适时回顾可用性及有效性并记录所有应用的约束手段。 ·         Develop the reservations and group & tour teams to maximize revenue on every call/enquiry.指导预订人员及团队销售人员最大化每一个询价带来的潜在收益 ·         Apply an aggressive overbooking policy and educate team to accept through benefits of results achieved. Yield overbooking decisions must be adhered to or escalated to Regional Revenue Manager if too soft or aggressive.应用主动积极的超额订房政策并以实际达到的结果教育团接受此政策。若此超额订房政策过于被动或激进则必须遵循区域收益经理的建议·         Maintain a consistent selling strategy across IDeaS Yield, Opera Front Office, GEM and HILSTAR, ensuring maximum use of availability controls in all systems.保持在各个操作系统:Ideals收益系统, Opera前台营运系统,GEM及HILSTAR中销售策略的一致性。 确保所有系统有效性控制的最大用途。 ·         Pro-actively evaluate availability controls, recommending necessary strategy changes. 积极的控制可用性及有效性,建议必要的策略变动?!?nbsp;        Prepare and recommend future strategies to the DBD for review, which is used for DBD presentation at the weekly business focus meeting. 准备并向商务发展总监提出未来建议,被用于商务发展总监每周的业务焦点会议·         Ensure all revenue opportunities in HRW & GDS are exploited by developing and maintaining knowledge of the systems and the commercial application of them.不断扩充HRW及全球分销系统地知识及其商业应用,维护并确保酒店在这些系统中的收益机会被充分开发并利用。 ·         Remain fully conversant with the uses & applications of all systems relating to revenue management.  精通所有与收益管理有关的系统的应用?!?nbsp;        Audit operating standards & procedures in the reservations and group & tour department to ensure they comply with company practices; report to DBD any deviations. 审核散客及团队预订操作以确保符合公司标准并向商务发展总监汇报任何偏差。 ·         Ensure accurate advance booking count and forecasting is carried out.确保提前预订并做出相应的预测·         Assist DBD to prepare three month business outlook by market segment and monitor actual versus forecast for plan achievement.协助商务发展总监准备依据不同市场划分的三个月业务前景,监测实际完成额与预测的差异?!?nbsp;        Assist DBD carry out all interviews for prospective reservations sales agents, ensure departmental orientation is carried out for new members of the team and supervise training, training schedules, records and corrective/re-training.协助商务发展总监面试预订文员,确保对新进员工进行入职培训并监督记录培训进程,必要时进行再培训?!?nbsp;        Ensure the well-being of all reservations department personnel, compile departmental working schedule and ensure departmental meetings are held daily.确保预订部门所有员工良好的状态,制定预订部门所有人员工作日程安排并每天举行部门日?;嵋??!?nbsp;        Assist DBD to implement a full training plan within the Reservations team to develop all personnel to their full potential.协助商务发展总监实施完整的预订部门培训计划,以此开发团队成员的全部潜在能力·         Ensure Job Skills Training Programme (JSP) is followed for all new employees.确保新入职员工的工作技能培训项目(JSP)。 ·         Training records must be kept updated and ensure planned trainings are completed.及时更新培训记录并确保逐步完成培训计划?!?nbsp;        Assist DBD to conduct Annual Appraisals with team members as means of development.协助商务发展总监进行年度工作表现评估并制定员工的发展计划?!?nbsp;        Actively develop team members’ skills and performance through coaching and training. 通过辅导和训练有效地开发团队员工的技能来提高工作表现。 .·         Schedule annual leave during low demand periods to maximize payroll savings.在淡季安排员工的年假以便达到薪金节省的最大化?!?nbsp;        Develop and maintain a high level of communication within the hotel, all major sources of business and all national sales offices and advise the DBD of any feedback.开发并保持与业务主要来源及全国销售中心的及时交流,在酒店内部及时沟通信息并反馈给商务发展总监。 ·         Develop and maintain a high level of communication with competitors.开发并保持与竞争对手的沟通。 ·         Monitor manual or automated yield system and validate that the yield actions are consistent with both property and market conditions and escalate any concerns to the Director of Business Development监督手动或者自动化收益系统,确保采用的决策使用于当下的市场环境,并向商务发展总监提出任何有疑虑的部分?!?nbsp;        Analyze production statistics and yield information to identify potential new business, markets, trends and highlight findings to DBD.分析间夜量数据来识别潜在业务、市场、趋向并将发现结果汇报给商务发展总监?!?nbsp;        Check competitor strategy on a regular basis reviewing rates and availability.时常更新并了解竞争对手的价格及有效性?!?nbsp;        Keep up to date with global, local and environmental issues impacting your city and hotel.  更新对酒店及酒店所在城市具有影响的全球的或本地的大环境动向·         Prepare and analyze all appropriate reports to DBD.准备并且分析所有适当的报告给商务发展总监。 ·         Assist DBD to prepare and present at weekly business focus meeting an outline of risks and opportunities relative to meeting room versus bedroom availability.协助商务发展总监准备并在每周的商务会议上汇报有关当前客房,宴会销售的潜在风险及机遇?!?nbsp;        Analyze and supply data to the DBD to assist in the preparation of the annual plan and pricing review.在制定年度计划和价格策略是为商务发展总监分析并且提供相关数据。 ·         Communicate with the DBD all key developments of the reservations/revenue department and make recommendations for planning and implementation of new and better working practices into revenue management incl. group, sales and front office.与商务发展总监沟通预订部门及收益部门的关键发展并且提出对各部门,例如团队销售,客房销售,前厅等与时俱进的改进收益管理的实践计划?!?nbsp;        Ensure regular communication meetings are held within the reservations team.确保预订部门定期举行沟通会议?!?nbsp;        Attend daily revenue team briefing by DBD.出席每天商务发展总监组织的收益简报?!?nbsp;        To be responsible for department operation during the absence of s DBD.在商务发展总监缺席期间负责部门运营?!?nbsp;        Adhere to departmental operating expenses as laid out in the plan / forecast. 遵循部门营运费用预算·         Comply with all company policies relating to rate and space decisions.依从所有公司有关客房与宴会厅的价格策路·         Comply with all systems and procedures as laid down by the DBD.遵循所有商务发展总监制定的流程制度。
